About ZEALUX

You receive a tailored quote and, on request, support with your grant application.

Installation
Professional installation and commissioning by the authorised installer.
Subsidies of up to 70% possible (BEG, depending on eligibility)* – secure the full basic subsidy while it still applies in 2026.
Request on-site check* German Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings (Bundesförderung für effiziente Gebäude, BEG) for heating system replacement. The actual subsidy amount depends on individual eligibility (including basic subsidy, climate speed bonus, income bonus and efficiency bonus) and is capped at eligible costs. The funding guidelines in force at the time apply; future changes to the funding conditions are possible. This does not constitute legal or tax advice.

Service, maintenance & spare parts
We continue to support your ZEALUX heat pump after installation – together with ZEALUX and our installer partners.
Service & troubleshooting
Point of contact for end customers and installer partners for questions and faults concerning ZEALUX heat pumps. Remote diagnostics via app/Wi-Fi where available. Coordination with ZEALUX and the installing contractor.
Maintenance
Annual maintenance by authorised installer partners – a prerequisite for the warranty extension: 3-year warranty, extendable to up to 7 years with registration, installation by an authorised installer and annual maintenance. ZEALUX warranty terms apply.
Spare parts
We source original spare parts via ZEALUX and coordinate delivery and fitting with the installer partner.
